UI - User Interface

In Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing (CCB) 2.8,  when searching an account in control central search in Account Information Bill Consumption and Bill Graph zone is not loading and the Graph details displays "No data to display " Message .
Checking the zone frame source , the data is present in source UI map for both zones .
After clicking the refresh button frequently, one of the zone is displaying the graph other one is not displaying the graph .
Issue occurs consistently in chrome browser , and in Edge sometimes it loads graph sometimes it loads after refresh .
Please note that in 2.6 version Graph was displaying all the time .
