Entries for the ImportService Are Missing from P6 Web Services Logs (Doc ID 2988541.1)

Symptoms

When enabling INFO level logging for P6 Web Services, there are no log messages for the Import Service. Other services are correctly logging messages. For example, the export service adds an entry like the following:
INFO com.primavera.ws.importexport.WSExportProvider ProjectData has been appended to the SOAP response element.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1. In the P6 Web Services configuration change the log level to INFO
2. Create a P6 Web Services request using any ImportService operation.
3. Open the P6WebAccess.html file and notice there are no entries for the ImportService
