Goal

Question being asked.

Due to RTU time issues, a device state change timestamp sent to Live Energy Connect (LEC)  then on to the Network Management System (NMS) may be incorrect.
The suggested solution is to change this to a StateQ device type to avoid sending the time.

What would be the impact on LEC/NMS with this approach?
