Product Deleted From Deal Is Still Available In Bespoke PL Though Not Showing Up In Deal

Symptoms
On RMB v5.1.0.0.0, Product deleted from deal is still available in Bespoke PL but not showing up in Deal
Deal: Product deleted from deal is still available in Bespoke PL, but not showing up in Deal.
Product was added through additional priceitem button.
We expect that on deselecting the price item, it should delete the agreed pricing from database and it should never be the part of bespoke price list.
STEPS:
------------
1. In Pricing and commitments section, initially selected 4 Price items (ACS002,CHQ001,CHQ002,LIQ001(using Additional Price item button)).
2. Go to Price Item selection Screen & unchecked LIQ001 Price item.
3. Now in Pricing and commitment screen, only three price items are available i.e. ACS002, CHQ001, CHQ002.
4. As expected, till deal Fully Orchestrated, only 3 price items are there in deal Screen.
5. But after Activation, the Bespoke pricelist is also having LIQ001 price item (which we deleted during deal creation).
