Copying Specific BP Records Results In Error 202 Accepted (Doc ID 2988951.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to use the copy function, the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
 Error "202 Accepted".

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
The users should be able to use the copy function without Error "202 Accepted".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment
  2. Navigate to the Business Process (BP) log
  3. Select a specific record
  4. Click on the gear icon and choose the "Copy" option
  5. Error 202 appear
