Stock Count Process Updates Wrong The Physical Values At STAKE_SKU_LOC Table. (Doc ID 2989026.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The stock count upload process updates the physical count qty as negative for
warehouse. This is incorrect as the physical count qty should be positive as
that what was in the input file.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The physical count qty should be positive as that what was in the input file.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1.Take few item that are ranged to one virtual warehouses with some items
having -ve stock.
2.Create a stock count.
2.Run stkxpld, dtesys, stkupd.
3.Notice that the snapshot_on_hand_qty is updated as per
item_loc_soh.stock_on_hand(-ve for one vwh).
4.Perform inventory adjustment for one item(results in change in SOH).
5.Upload stock count file with all the items.
6.Run stockcountupload.ksh, stockcountprocess.ksh
7.Notice that the physical_count_qty is updated incorrectly in stake_sku_loc
and stake_qty for some items.
One if the item being the one for which the stock adjustment was performed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,it updates wrong vales after a stock count, it impacts on the values integrated
on tran_data.
