EmGateway Rejects Discount Sharing Group Creation for Mixed Permitted Type

Symptoms
EmGateway throws an error and does not allow creation of discount sharing group for mixed permitted types.
Scenario:
- Pricing configuration in Pricing Design Center:
- created a discount d1 at account level for usage event
- created a discount d2 at service level for usage event
- created separate bundles with above two - From Billing Care, account is created with some existing gsm/telephony package with usage charge offer
- From Billing Care, purchase account level discount d1 and service level discount d2
- Verify as below:
select poid_id0, permitted from discount_t where poid_id0 in (744236053, 744235341); //replace poid values from your environment for d1 and d2

744236053 /account - From testnap create a discount sharing group (DSG) with below flist, it does not go through:
