Program MSCPUSHB - Push Plan Information - is not Pushing Planned Orders to Source Instance When Setup Involves Cross Instance Planning Orgs (Doc ID 2989259.1)

Cross Instance planning setup has 2 EBS source Instance which are planned together in single VCP destination instance
e.g.
EMEA EBS source has orgs for the Europe region
US EBS Source has orgs United States
Data for these orgs are collected and planned in a single global VCP Planning instance

The request - Push Plan Information - will push back Planned Order recommendations for new supplies to each respective EBS source
This process was not not pushing the Planned Buy Orders to EBS Source instance where shipping and receiving orgs are in different EBS source instances (e.g. EMEA Org FRC is shipping org and US Org NYC is receiving org)

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. NAV: Advanced Supply Chain Planner (R) / View / Requests / Submit a new Request - choose Push Plan Information and add parameters and submit
