On: 22B version, Environment Related

TO_NUMBER function is not working from the Groovy script in CCS

TO_NUMBER function is used in the SQL query in Groovy script in CCS. The SQL is working in SQL developer But it is not working from the groovy script.
The user log and detailed steps are provided in the attachments.

ERROR

SQL references invalid SQL function 'to_number'.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Testing of TO_NUMBER SQL function on Scripts
Components
1. Characteristic Type -- ZZ-TNBIL
2. Script -- ZZ-BPATEST
3. Step
4. Script -- ZZToNumPOCT
5. Step
6. Test Results
Setup – Bill is setup with the temporary characteristic.
Execution of BPA script calling the Service script
Error Information: SQL references invalid SQL function 'to_number'.
