When Viewing Business Process Record Line Items in the Unifier Android Mobile Application, Unifier is Displaying A Data Element "Value" Instead of the "Label" (Doc ID 2989563.1)

Last updated on DECEMBER 01, 2023

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier - Version 22.12.1.0 and later
Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 23.10 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When viewing Business Process "BP1" Line Items with the Unifier Android app, the data element "DE1" is being edited to select one of the following data set labels: Verified (Value 1 in the data set list), Verified with Qualifications (Value 2 in the data set list), Not Verified (Value 3 in the data set list). The change is Saved. But when viewing the Line Items again, instead of displaying one of these labels that are selected when editing, Unifier is displaying the "value" from the Data Definition-Data Set. Example, it is displaying "1", "2" or "3. But this is working as expected in the Unifier iOS application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Unifier should be displaying the selected data set "Label": Verified, Verified with qualifications, Not Verified, instead of the data set "Value" 1, 2 or 3.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Android Application.
  2. Navigate to the Workspace > Open a "BP1" BP record > Click on the line items > There are X number of line items displayed.
  3. For each line item select a value (Verified, Verified with Qualifications, or Not Verified) for "DE1" > Click "Save".
  4. In the line item page view, instead of displaying the Label from the data set, Unifier is displaying the Value.
  5. Repeat steps 1-4 in the iOS application and Unifier properly displays the "Label" instead of the "Value".
