Publication Period Start Date Shows no Data when the Time Format User Preference is Set to "Do Not Show Time" (Doc ID 2989579.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When navigating to Administration > Application Settings > Services, the Start Date in the Publication Period settings shows no value when the time format in the My Preferences > Global > Display format menu is set to "Do not show time".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

When navigating to Administration > Application Settings > Services, the Start Date in the Publication Period settings should be displayed regardless of the value assigned to the time format option under My Preferences > Global > Display format.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to My Preferences > Global >Display format.
  2. Set the Time Format option to "Do not show time".
  3. Navigate to Administration > Application Settings > Services.
  4. Observe the Start date contains no value.
