Symptoms

Planning Data Collection launches the child request Refresh Collection Snapshots (MSRFWOR), which launches child requests for each snapshot, the following error occurs in the APS Collections Refresh Snapshot Thread (MSCCLRFS).
Log shows error for one of the 50+ snapshots:

ERROR

[28-SEP-2023 10:35:01]: ORACLE error 12052 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-12052: cannot fast refresh materialized view APPS.CMRO_CLOSED_JOBS_SN
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MRP_CL_REFRESH_SNAPSHOT", line 3192
ORA-06512: at line 1

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility:  Advanced Supply Chain Planner
2. Navigation:  Collections > Oracle Systems > Standard Collections
3. Enter parameters for Planning Data Pull and Planning ODS Load programs
4. Submit
