Mass constraints are set up with 30000 min and 42500 max, in the log they show 30024 and 42524.

Client Steps:
 1) Setup items with two constraints, as 24 Pallets min/max 0 tolerance, and M LB 30000 min 42500 max 0 tolerance.
2) add a bunch of logger.log messages to the suppler constraints sql package body.
3) Run online scaling
4) Review the logger.logs data output
5) Observe the constraints are different at the bottom of the log, than at the top.
