Symptoms

After upgrading to FTP 8.1.2.2.10, when running an FTP Process against records with a Payment Schedule (AMRT_TYPE_CD = 801) and the Cash Flow: Weighted Term Transfer Pricing method, no Payment Runoff (Fin Elem 190 / 192) is output to FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS.  It seems FTP is not using the Payment Schedule.  As a result, the Transfer Rate is wrong.
