Market Authorization Holder Reflecting as No Translation in Argus Japan Interface

Symptoms
The Translation Data for the [Products] > Market Authorization Holder field is not populated for Argus Japn user or in the Split Screen view.
Steps to replicate:
- [Argus Console] > [Business Configuration] > Products and Licenses
- Set up a Company product
- Ensure Product > License > UK license has Market Authorization Holder (MAH) defined e.g. 'My Manufacturer'
- The product has several licenses
- [Argus Console] > [Code Lists] > Manufacturer, click on the [J Data Entry] button for 'My Manufacturer' and supply the Japanese translation data.
- Log in a case in Either the Argus English interface or the Argus J interface
- Add to this case the above product and MAH
- Using Spilt Screen or log directly into the Argus J interface and note that the Argus E interface correctly shows the MAH as 'My Manufacturer'
- Note that the Argus J interface or split screen view shows '*** No Translation - My Manufacturer' which is incorrect.
