Goal
ESM_ACKTransmission log file has the following errors for multiple reports.
06-Oct-2023 11:53:15 PM DEFAULT: Error occurred while processing Msg Id = 25537288, Report Id = in ESMProc.Create_Transmit_File Fn. Access is denied.
Error processing resource 'http://eudravigilance.ema.europa.eu/dtd/ichicsrack11xml.dtd'.
Error processing resource 'http://eudravigilance.ema.europa.eu/dtd/ichicsrack11xml.dtd'.
The system created a record in ACKNOWLEDGMENT table with all the ACK details.
However, there was no physical ACK file created.
Is there a way to have the ACk files physically generate?
