On NI 7.3.6.0.0 version:

Discrepancy Report | Add failure description with search filter

Currently failure reason is displayed in Discrepancy report when user puts cursor on “Failed” status. We would like to capture failure reason in a separate column so that same can be exported to excel sheet. Additionally, like advanced search filter being supported on every other column name, we would like the filter to support for “Failure Reason/Description” column too so that user can select all discrepancies based on failure reason and reconcile again if required.
