Customer facing issue with opening balances for direct insurance YTD run.

Ex:

1. Run a YTD run having transition date 31st Dec 2021.

2. Any runs ( 30th June 2022, 31st dec 2022) after transition date , should be considered as first run in the system as it’s a YTD in nature.
