On : 2.3.0.3.0 version, Mobile Communications Platform

Crew shows as Out of Range on CDI even when active after installing Rollup 4

Sometimes, a crew shows up as "out of range" on the CDI, even when they are active, logged into the MCP, and is working activities.
This causes concern for dispatchers as they will have to call the crew to ensure that everything is working on their end.
