Planner Workbench The Field Demand Time Fence Date Is NULL (Doc ID 2991335.1)

Symptoms

Demand Time Fence is set at the Organization Item level (Navigation: Inventory  / Items / Organization Items - query item and set value in MPS/MRP Planning tab)
Demand Time Fence Date field in workbench is expected to be populated, but many items are showing a NULL for this field (Navigation: Advanced Supply Chain Planner > Supply Chain Plan > Workbench - Query item and check field value)
