Symptoms

After implemented holiday calendar, found cash flow dates in process cash flows landing on holidays to push two business days instead of one.


Expected Behavior:
For example, cash flows payments on 12/25/2023 (Monday) or 12/26/2023 (Tuesday) are pushed to 12/27/2023 in FSI_O_PROCESS_CASH_FLOWS.
Expect cash flow payments for 12/25/23 to be pushed to 12/26/23.

Changes

Enable Holiday Calendar.
