CIOMS I Report Generation Using Batch Method Takes Considerable Time Post Upgrade to Argus 8.4.0.1

Symptoms
After a recent upgrade to Argus Safety Version 8.4.0.1, noted performance issues when running the CIOMS-I Report in batch for larger (>500) cases.
Users generate the CIOMS-I report for 500 cases (via the [Batch] button in the Case Open screen), and after scheduling they wait for the reports to generate and subsequently open in another window with a CIOMS-I report including all the selected cases.
This used to take 7-8 minutes in Argus 8.1.2.5 (version before upgrade), but since the upgrade to Argus 8.4, it has started taking > 15 minutes every time.
