Goal

1)
The sample WHODrug B3 Dictionary does not have a 'Primary Link' or 'Primary Path' defined between the 'Preferred Name' (PN) level and 'Anatomical-Therapeutic-Chemical Classification Group' (ATC) Group Level:

This means if a PN term is linked to multiple ATC terms then an Indication Omission will be raised.


3)
Therefore is it mandatory to provide an Indication Value to TMS in order to classify the Indication Omission?
