Non Workflow Manager User Is Unable To Change The Case Owner After Accepting The Case. (Doc ID 2991899.1)

Symptoms

Context menu in Worklist> Open is not working when a case is owned by any non-workflow manager.

If non-workflow manager log-in user is case owner, 'Adjust Assignment' or 'Adjust Case Owner' option upon right click on the owned cases in Worklist > Open menu is not available.

 

Steps:

1. Log-in to Argus with non-workflow log-in user

2. Navigate to Worklist > Open

3. Right click on a case that is owned by the non-workflow log-in user(current log-in user)

4. 'Adjust Assignment' or 'Adjust Case Owner' option is not available in the displayed menu list.
