Material Specifications Are Not Graduating To a "Referenced Product" When Clicking the Graduation Hat Icon Under The Material Attributes Section (Doc ID 2991902.1)

Symptoms

When using PLM for Process 6.2.4.1, materials will not graduate to a "Referenced Product" when clicking the graduation hat icon under the material attributes section.  

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Log in to PLM for Process application.
  2. Click on GSM > Material Specifications.
  3. Open a Material Specification.
  4. Under Material Attributes > Output type section, click on the hat.
  5. Noticed it is now a Referenced product.
  6. Save the change.
  7. Notice it is now set to External product instead of Referenced product.
