Alert Promotion To Case is not visible in ECM UI (Doc ID 2992132.1)

Steps to reproduce :

Step 1 : Open CS Alert and promote to case an alert.

Step 2 : Open ECM UI and check if the alert promoted to case is visible in UI.

Issue Encountered :

promoting to case is not working properly and re-promoting the case is also not allowed in UI

In CS UI alert is Promote to case is done and case is created but not visible in ECM Screen
