Symptoms
On RMB v2.9.0.0.0, Data Integrity Issues found for CI_BILL_CHG
Billable Charge entry is not getting inserted in ci_bill_chg_k table after C1-FIBCR batch run.
Since a billable charge gets added after a successful C1-FIBCR run, we expect this table to be updated accordingly so that there is no error for data integrity later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a membership using attached jsons
2. Execute repricing jobs with batches C1-AUDEV, C1-REPC1, C1-REPC2 and C1-FIBCR
3. After executing C1-FIBCR, billable charge got created
4. But Billable Charge entry is not getting inserted into ci_bill_chg_k table
