Symptoms

The Customer_CM, Event_CM, Account_CM jobs are all failing with a unique constraint error. The only log file that shows the error is the mmg-ui.log which shows errors like this below. log files attached.

"Execution failed with exception: ORA-00001: unique constraint (OFSCSGRAPH.PK_375) violated.
