No Available Values In The List Of Import/Export Synchronization For Gateway Integration Settings (Doc ID 2992563.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

There is no available synchronization business flow when trying to setup Import/Export synchronization for Gateway integration settings.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the existing synchronization business flow can be selected from the list of values of Gateway integration settings.

The issue can be reproduced by the following steps:

  1.     Log into Unifier.
  2.     Navigate to Company Workspace Admin mode->Integration->Gateway.
  3.     Open Integration Setting Form.
  4.     Enter the Gateway API URL/User/Password and Deployment value.
  5.     Test connection successful.
  6.     Click LOV of Import/Export Synchronization, it is null.
  7.     If going to Gateway page ->Synchronizations, there are synchronization business flow exist between Unifier and P6.
