Symptoms

On : 8.1.2 version, Operation_OFSS

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Blank screen when opening the Security groups during the Forms Creation in DMI screen.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to create a form , assign groups in the DMI screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create a form using the DMI interface.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully create a form in DMI
