Goal

ECM 8125 Narrative tab history is not populating as expected.


Steps to Reproduce Problem

--------------------------
1. Go to Case narrative
2. Add some narrative text
3. Close the window and edit narrative text and save.
4. Click on history
5. Narrative history is not available. Its an issue.
6. Close the window and click on any other tab and go to narrative again.
7. This time narrative history will be displayed but history is same for all the history records.
