Goal
As Oracle creates and publishes new Bugs or Enhancements, they become available in the My Oracle Support (MOS) knowledge base. This is helpful for users when searching for specific issues or proposed enhancements raised by other customers.
However there are times when users want to be proactively notified about new Bug or Enhancements without having to log into the portal.
To support this need, MOS provides a feature called “Hot Topics E-mail” which can be configured to send a report of any published Bugs or Enhancements via e-mail.
