Symptoms

Production Scheduler (PS) solver uses resource capacity greater than the maximum capacity defined on a constrained labor resource to schedule the operations.

Steps:

1. In PS application, open an existing sample PS model from the PS data library.
2. Select the labor resource (LBRFIT), right click and select properties.
3. Go to capacity tab and set labor resource as multi-capacity resources. Set maximum capacity as 10 and save.
4. In the model workspace, select work order editor and create several work orders for the item using the LBRFIT resource and save.
5. Solve the model.
6. Navigate to resource gantt view and observe the LBRFIT resource uses 13 instances to schedule the work orders when the max resource instance capacity is set to 10.
