Symptoms

Signature Requests in Review not showing action history in New Product Development (NPD)


STEPS

1. Create NPD Project with Activity instance.
2. Activity must have the following criteria:

Workflow steps should be Draft, Review and Approved

Type should be Document Collaboration with 1 Signature Request assignee on second step

Signature Request assignee should be a different person/user from the one that is sending the review request

Example: User1 will request activity review from User2, which is the Signatory Request assignee.

3. Prepare 5 Attachments of any type (docx, jpg, pdf, png, txt, xlsx). Ensure that these attachments contain different filenames.

4. Login to Portal using User1.

5. Navigate to NPD > Project > Activity instance that was created in the previous step.

6. Click Workflow button. Select User2 on the Select Signator(s) popup. Click Done. Click Close.

7. On a separate browser, login to Portal as User2.

8. Navigate to Applications > NPD > Action Items > NPD Signature Requests for [Name of your User2]. Select the Activity Name link.

9. Click the "click here to review the original activity" link. Verify that there is no history displayed yet in Current Attachments/Comments section.

10. Click Review link.

11. Click Add New/Edit button.

12. Enter COMMENT 1, and add ATTACHMENT1. Click Done.

13. Click Workflow button on the Attachments/Comments popup. Click No-Go arrow button.

14. Go back to the other browser where User1 was logged in. Open the Project > Activity instance. Verify that User1 can see the No-Go status with COMMENT 1 and ATTACHMENT1.

*Actual Result:* User1 can not see the No-Go status with COMMENT 1 and ATTACHMENT1.
