Goal

Currently, when users create a new Test Request (a subclass of Activities), it can only be assigned the default workflow for all Activities. This leads to Test Requests being submitted without being routed to the Test Manager for review and approval. The goal is to assign specific Test Request workflow to a new Test Request automatically. Specifically, to allow the Agile Administrator to assign default workflows at the subclass level.
