DISCREPANCIES_V View is Missing in Production Lifecycle for a Data Model (Doc ID 2993381.1)

On Oracle Life Sciences Data Management Workbench (DMW) 3.1.0.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After initializing the Production Business Area for a Data Model and query data, no records are being returned.
Users are able to retrieve data in the Development and QC lifecycles for the Data Models.
Users are able to see the data in the data listings tab for all the three (DEV,QC and PROD) lifecycles in DMW.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It would be expected that the data in Production lifecycle to be available after initializing the Business Area.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Initialize a Business Area for Production lifecycle.
2. Attempt to access the data from the Data Model tables in Production lifecycle.
