Symptoms

When attempting to create ECO the following error occurs.

ERROR
Unable to save your changes. You have one error
Document Types is a required field

1. Start Agile Application Server 9.3.6.24
2. Start File Manager Server
3. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
4. Log into Agile PLM Web Client
5. Create new ECO and input Documents Types value
6. Hit save and getting error
