Symptoms

Using Agile PLM Web Client not able to see some data (showing blank ) in Firefox browser and Edge browser while the same data is visible correctly in Google Chrome browser.

1. Start Agile Application Server 9.3.6.24
2. Start File Manager Server
3. Open a browser and Launch Agile PLM Web Client using url http://{server_name}.{domain_name}:{port}/Agile/PLMServlet
4. Log into Agile PLM Web Client
5. Open User Profile
6. Go to User Groups/Functional Teams
Not able to see user groups listed data in Firefox while the same user groups data is visible correctly in Google Chrome browser.

Changes

 Recently upgraded from RUP 12 to RUP24
