Symptoms

Match rule list is continuously scrolling down on the TF Alert UI

Steps to Reproduce:

Go to alert summary screen check the matches scrolling down till end

Actual Behavior:

While scrolling, we see the matches are shown repeatedly

Expected Behavior:

Matches should not be repeatedly
