AutoVue Log4j-roll Is Not Logging Anything Giving "ERROR com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonGenerationException: Underlying Stax XMLStreamWriter"

Symptoms
After upgrade to AutoVue for Agile version 21.0.1.8 (RUP 8)
the following error occurs in the log4j-rollx.log which is located under [agile home]\AVS\bin\Logs
Error:
DocServer 5 Error Stream ERROR com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonGenerationException: Underlying Stax XMLStreamWriter (of type com.sun.xml.internal.stream.writers.XMLStreamWriterImpl) does not implement Stax2 API natively and is missing method 'writeRaw': this breaks functionality such as indentation that relies on it. You need to upgrade to using compliant Stax implementation like Woodstox or Aalto com.fasterxml.jackson.core.JsonGenerationException: Underlying Stax XMLStreamWriter (of type com.sun.xml.internal.stream.writers.XMLStreamWriterImpl) does not implement Stax2 API natively and is missing method 'writeRaw': this breaks functionality such as indentation that relies on it. Steps:
1. Upgrade to AutoVue for Agile version 21.0.1.8 on Linux (Using upgrade option and not new install)
2. Start the AutoVue server
3. View log4j-roll.log under [agile home]\AVS\bin\Logs
