Inv Bal to Upload output file without weight for catch weight items

For catch weight items that don't need have the capture weight attributes attached to them (no need to weight the products inside the warehouse) when executing the stock count on the RWMS side, the generated file calculates zero weight for these items. This will cause an inventory discrepancy between the systems (RWMS and RMS) when the stock count process is completed because RWMS is sending the incorrect values for weight.

Steps To Recreate:
- Have a catchweight item without the processes to capture the weight while receiving
- Have a PO for the item
- Have an appointment type FPR w/o Details to receive the PO (Label every case)
- Receive the PO in the HH
- Execute the Inv Bal To Upload Batch and verify that the weight inventory level did not increase after the receiving
