Goal
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC) and Oracle Communications Convergent Charging Controller (OC3C or 3C), the Signaling Transport (SIGTRAN) stacks may return a Transaction Capabilities Application Part (TCAP) abort (TCAP_ABORT) with cause:
resourceLimitation(4)
This article will explain the cause of this abort and ways to prevent it and/or reduce the frequency at which it occurs.
