Symptoms
Unable to Save DB Details on the Database Master menu after modifying the atomic password, the following error occurred.
Error:
[1156] Failed to Save the Record
Steps:
1. Followed the steps outlined in How to Change the OFSAA Config and Atomic Schema User Passwords in OFSAA (Doc ID 1246774.1).
2. Successfully went through the steps to reset ofsaa_config password.
3. When attempted step 3 for the atomic schema password change, it would not allow to save the password in the application.
4. Received error "[1156] Failed to Save the Record".
5. Verified that the dbpasswd field in the db_master table was NOT updated for atomic user.
