Multiple Primary Replenishment Packs Cannot be Attached to Single Component Item in REPL_ITEM_LOC Table (Doc ID 2994085.1)

When replenishment parameters are uploaded via spreadsheet upload to the RMS with multiple pack items associated to a single component item, REPL_ATTR_UPDATE table contains the entries for all the pack items but REPL_ITEM_LOC table is having only one pack item entry.

Steps To Recreate:
1. Upload replenishment attributes using spreadsheet upload with multiple PACK SKU's associated to a single COMPONENT SKU.
2. Attributes are visible in REPL_ATTR_UPDATE tables.
3. Run the RPLATUPD batch process.
3. REPL_ITEM_LOC table shows only one PACK SKU. The other PACK SKU's are not visible in this table
