Users with EDI_MAINTENANCE_DUTY ROLE Can Delete EDI Documents (Doc ID 2994696.1)

Symptoms

Users with EDI_MAINTENANCE_DUTY role are able to delete EDI error entries on EDI document search screen. The expected behaviour is only user with a Finance manager role or administrators should be able to delete the errored EDI entires on EDI maintenance screen.
EDI_MAINTENANCE_DUTY/EDI_MAINTENANCE_PRIV allow viewing, editing and deleting EDI entries and its not possible to restrict EDI error entry deletion for specific users using these roles.

Steps To Recreate:

1. Remove a user from all groups, assign a group with EDI_MAINTENANCE_DUTY role to a user.
2. Import an EDI document with an error.
3. Go to Tasks -> EDI Maintenance -> EDI Document search.
4. Enter the PO number for the EDI document that has an error, press Search.
5. Select the required document and press the Delete button.
6. Document is deleted.
