UIM CN: Getting Connection Refused error after successful deployment.

Symptoms
We have already deployed a UIM CN environment which is running successfully. We tried to register namespace with same wlsko and traefik which is registered for this env. All the steps are successfull without any errors.
We are able to push the images into our registry from the root user and the domain is deployed successfully. Pods are running fine.
We are getting a warning while describing the pod, mentioned below.
Readiness probe failed: Get "http://<IP>:<PORT>/weblogic/ready": dial tcp <IP>:<PORT>: connect: connection refused
