Symptoms

Oracle Communications Pricing Design Center (PDC) version 12.0.0.8 allows to rollback to a previous version of the software if necessary.

When performing a rollback from 12.0.0.8 to version 12.0.0.3 it was noticed that some changes can still be seen as PatchSet 8, for example Taxcodes, Tax Exemption codes, and version displayed PDC GUI.
