Symptoms

Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index - Version 5.0 and later

After upgrading to OHMPI version 5.0.6 and when attempting to deploy, the following error occurs.

ERROR

See the server log for details.
Deploying to an external server via weblogic console the error on console is weblogic.utils.compiler.ToolFailureException

There isn't much further detail ni weblogic logs beyond:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Install OHMPI 5.0
2. Upgrade from 5.0.1 to 5.0.6 one after another.
3. Migrate and Open OHMPI 4.0 project in 5.x NetBeans
4. Complete Steps on Chapter 2 Pg.22 "To Update a Project" from OHMPI 5.0 users manual.
5. Then from NetBeans, Clean project, Generate Master Index, build and deploy project
6. Error occurs
