Goal
In a custom Oracle Communications Offline Mediation Controller (OCOMC) implementation, below alerting functionalities are required:
1. If an incoming Call Detail Record's (CDR) file is not picked-up due to wrong file name, or file processing is aborted in Collection Cartridge (CC) due to wrong file format, an alert should be generated and notified with reject reason.
2. While processing a CDR file, if some of the CDRs get rejected due to some validation failures, e.g. for rejected CDRs; alarm should be generated.
- If count of rejection CDRs is 1-10 >> warning alarm should be generated.
- If count of rejection CDRs is 11-30 >> minor alarm should be generated.
- If count of rejection CDRs is 30-50 >> major alarm should be generated.
- If count of rejection CDRs is 50-100 >> critical alarm should be generated.
Once the processing started, alarm should be cleared.
3. If any processes are down, alarm should be generated and notified.
