Cost Code Name Is Not Showing When Line Item Data Is Exported Using CSV/Excel (Doc ID 2997695.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When exporting Line Item data to an Excel or CSV sheet, the Cost Code Name is blank/empty/null.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Cost Code Name should be showing when line item data is exported using CSV/Excel.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the environment as the user.
  2. Open a record that contains Costing Line Item Data and Export the Line Item data.
  3. Notice that the Cost Code Name is blank/empty/null.
